Custom-Made Products
Many of our products are custom manufactured to customer specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or custom orders once production has started.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Sizing & Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements provided are correct before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing or manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
